Twyla is ready for her forever home!
Twyla is approximately 4 years old, 7 pounds, and the sweetest little chihuahua!! One of our volunteers saw a post about a chihuahua being given away ASAP because “it’s scared of everyone and anything”. Well that “it” is now known as Twyla and while we agree she’s nervous with new people - she has FLOURISHED with love and patience.
Twyla LOVES other dogs. From cuddling with them, to playing, to just sleeping on top of them, and more!! Twyla enjoys life with friends. She’s recently discovered being a dog - she LOVES tearing up empty toilet paper rolls, playing with toys, and is learning to play fetch!! Twyla requires another dog in her forever home- so either someone who already has another friendly dog or someone ready to add 2 dogs to their life!
She also LOVES her foster family - from the 8 & 10 year olds to the adults. She’s become a huge cuddle bug, while Twyla is crate trained she prefers to sleep under the blankets with her people! She’s doing good with potty training outside and is potty pad trained.
Twyla is spayed, microchipped, up to date on vaccinations, heartworm and tick borne disease negative!
Our Rescue is 100% donation based all the way to adoption. We do not have set adoption fees, but we do require a donation to be made at the time of adoption. Donations go towards saving other animals and preparing them for their new lives in their new homes!
