Ruby is a 3 year old sweetheart who loves romping outside, cuddling, squeaky toys and bones. Originally found abandoned in a park with her five week old puppies, Ruby was an attentive mom. All her pups found forever homes and she deserves that too. She is initially nervous around new people but with a little patience she is won over. She gets so excited when she sees her trusted people and is loving and affectionate. She really enjoys belly rubs and pets. Ruby is housebroken, crate trained, agile and athletic. She knows basic commands and is very intelligent. We imagine she could even excel in sports or agility training!
Ruby is scheduled for an intensive 3 week board & train program in January 2025. She will learn so many skills there and gain the confidence with new people and in new situations that she needs to thrive. We’d love to find the perfect forever home for her to transition into once she’s completed the program. Our Rescue is 100% donation based all the way to adoption. We do not have set adoption fees, but we do require a donation to be made at the time of adoption. Donations go towards saving other animals and preparing them for their new lives in their new homes!
