Hi! I’m Penelope, Nelly for short! I’m a sweet goofy girl just trying to live my best life. I absolutely LOVE toys! Let’s play and then watch Netflix. I consider myself a lap dog and love to cuddle! My foster mom says I have the BEST pittie princess prance and snorts when I’m excited! And my butt wiggles are AMAZING. I get them when I’m happy or you’re scratching the booty. I’m potty and kennel trained. I know sit, bed and let’s go potty and trying to work on more. I’m excellent with kids and play nicely with them. I’ve had a rough start to life and would prefer to be your only star but I promise my personality won’t disappoint! I can’t wait to come hang out with you!
Penelope is spayed, microchipped, up to date on vaccinations, heartworm negative and has been on preventatives!
Our Rescue is 100% donation based all the way to adoption. We do not have set adoption fees, but we do require a donation to be made at the time of adoption. Donations go towards saving other animals and preparing them for their new lives in their new homes!
