Beau and his sister Bella were found as strays running along a highway in eastern Oklahoma. When a motorist stopped to check on them, Beau sat in place — hesitant of the strangers but hopeful to be with humans again. He was so gentle and sweet and immediately melted into their arms. He curled up and slept the whole car ride.
When he’s awake, Beau loves exploring the backyard or house, playing tug of war, going for car rides, or getting constant, never ending pets…seriously, don’t stop.
Beau is adapting well to indoor life and is working hard on potty and crate training! He’s doing well sleeping through the night in his kennel without accidents.
Beau is neutered, microchipped, up to date on vaccinations, and on preventatives.
Our Rescue is 100% donation based all the way to adoption. We do not have set adoption fees, but we do require a donation to be made at the time of adoption. Donations go towards saving other animals and preparing them for their new lives in their new homes!
