Amara – The Sweetest Soul You’ll Ever Meet
Amara is a beautiful 3–4 year-old sweetheart that has been through so much, yet still greets every person with tail wags. She was abandoned outside an apartment complex where she later had 11 puppies outside in the cold. On her own, she raised them, protected them, and kept them alive for months. That kind of devotion tells you everything you need to know about her heart.
Amara is calm, affectionate, and happiest when she’s near her people. She’ll lean in for pets, put her paw on your hand, rest her head on your lap, and quietly follow you from room to room just to be close. She loves kids and is incredibly gentle with them—she seems to understand how to be soft and tender, even in the busiest of households.
Amara gets along beautifully with other dogs, big or small, and is very submissive. She would likely prefer to live in a household with at least one other dog. She is fully housebroken and though she’d rather curl up beside you, she is kennel trained. She enjoys her walks, rides in the car, belly rubs and snuggles.

Amara is spayed, microchipped, up to date on vaccinations and on preventatives.
Our Rescue is 100% donation based all the way to adoption. We do not have set adoption fees, but we do require a donation to be made at the time of adoption. Donations go towards saving other animals and preparing them for their new lives in their new homes!
