Meet Liberty. Liberty was rescued over the Fourth of July weekend after spending several days near a busy intersection. She would watch every passing car as if she was waiting for someone to come back for her. Every time someone tried to help, she’d run away, too scared to trust anyone. After a lot of patience and the help of a trapper, we were finally able to get her to safety. She was microchipped, but sadly her last known owner didn’t want her. She is currently in foster care and we’ve learned she’s about 11 months old, weighs just 39 pounds, and is as sweet as can be.
We’re still getting to know Liberty but she is now spayed, microchipped, up to date on vaccinations, heartworm negative, and on preventatives. Our Rescue is 100% donation based all the way to adoption. We do not have set adoption fees, but we do require a donation to be made at the time of adoption. Donations go towards saving other animals and preparing them for their new lives in their new homes!
